Yoga with Betsy is a small, quiet, peaceful studio that opened October 2021. Betsy Patrick is the owner/teacher of the studio and has been practicing different aspects of yoga most of her life. She opened the studio to share the many blessings and joy that yoga can bring to your life. Yoga with Betsy has something for everyone, and at all levels
By using our extensive understanding of the mind/body connection, we aim to use movement and breath as a way to heal and empower the self, giving you added physical and mental strength you never knew you had.
The road of yoga is endless — it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. We value each and every person who joins our Yoga Studio and we look forward to helping you achieve your wellness and mindset goals.
Judgement Free Zone
- Leave all religion, racial, political, and body image beliefs outside the studio. The studio is a judgement free zone for everyone
Booking/Payments
- Please make sure you have already booked and paid for your class before arrival
Timely Arrival
- Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to prepare for class and be in your spot and ready to go.
What to bring
- Bring your own mat, props, and water.
Be Respectful
- Upon entering please be respectful of everyone joining you in class or a class in progress. Quietly remove your shoes and place personal items in a cubby - NO CELL PHONES IN CLASS

Beginner
Never taken a yoga class? Want to learn what yoga is? This is the class for you! In Beginners class you will learn what yoga is, minor breathwork, most common poses and modifications. This is a 30 minute class short and sweet but very effective.
Morning Flow
This class is the early morning class to get your day started off right! It is a 45-minute energizing flow to prepare yourself for the day ahead!
Gentle Flow
This is an evening class designed to help you relax and end your day positively. 45 min class that has a nice flow and is focused on stretching and relaxation. Come wind down your day with us.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is exactly how it sounds! Yoga poses with the support of a chair! This class will last 30 minutes. Chair yoga is great for everyone and has so many benefits! Benefits include flexibility, balance, strength, improved circulation, improved posture, joint lubrication, and decreases stress and pain.
Classes are designed for EVERYONE at any level.
We offer several different pricing options to fit your needs. Single classes, multiple classes, or even monthly memberships. You can enjoy your first class on us! Absolutely free!
Class Passes
We offer a single class pass for only $20. There is also a option for a 3 class pass for $51 and a 5-class pass for $85. You can purchase the number of classes you want and then easily book your classes with the credits purchased.
Memberships
We also have several monthly memberships to choose from as well. We have memberships for individuals, for 2 (you and one friend or family member) and also for the whole family. All memberships are unlimited classes for that month and are a monthly subscription that automatically renews! Pricing for memberships vary from $125 -$320
